The term Engineering means the designing, planning and optimisation of service processes as part of the value chain, taking into account recognised technical and engineering methods. FKM provides the following special services in this area:

- Carrying out feasibility checks (material, design, process).
- Creation of design models (3D) and drawings (2D) in CAD.
- Creating the necessary programs from the 3D-models in CAM.
